Mexico has never even been in the game since the U.S. took a big chunk of it in the 1848 US-Mexican War and created a de facto wall of apartheid. But it can get back in the game as a new sector of the U.S. as 10 new U.S. states after the Megamerge Dissolution Solution is effected by Congress and the people of Mexico.
